For over 30 years I have been helping clients with their family matters.  My philosophy is that divorce doesn’t have to be ugly or messy if the spouses are willing to try and settle things amicably.  In such cases, I will give the maximum effort to counsel and assist the couple in working out the details and lend all of my experience in coming up with innovative solutions to help smooth out the bumps.

Sometimes the parties just can’t work things out and we have to take it to the judge.  I feel that my background and experience puts me on equal footing with any family lawyer in the state of Texas.  I chose to stay in Tomball rather than set up my practice “inside the loop” in Houston because I would rather spend my time among the warm and friendly people in the “Hometown With A Heart” than collect the large fees of a “downtown lawyer”.  I’m proud to be a country lawyer and proud to represent the people who put their trust in me.
